To what areas do you coordinate delivery?

Delivery is coordinated to all zip codes listed as choices on the main page.  The delivery fee is determined by your zip code and which restaurant you order from.  The shorter the distance between your address and chosen restaurant, the smaller the delivery fee will be.  For example, a downtown restaurant delivered to a downtown address will have a lower delivery fee than a downtown restaurant delivered to a Northeast address. 

Select your zip code, then choose a restaurant, and begin to place your order. Your delivery fee will be displayed with your order in the upper left corner of the screen.  If your zip code is not listed, please call 256-ToGo to see if we can coordinate delivery to your Office, Home or Hotel.

My favorite restaurant is not offered! What can I do?

If your favorite restaurant is not on our list please let us know!  THEN, and here's the important part, PLEASE call the restaurant and ask them to please offer delivery through 256-ToGo.  We'd love to have them! (You might want to ask for a manager or owner.)

Can I order from more than one restaurant?

Yes!  Simply toggle between restaurants using the same tab on the left that you used to choose the first restaurant.  Each additional restaurant delivery fee is discounted by $2.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Cash, Local Check (w/ I.D. and drivers license), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Check/Debit Card.  There will be a $30 returned check fee for all returned checks. Personal checks only accepted from those who have ordered at least 5 times in the past. A service fee of 2% is added to all orders. Cash payments receive a $0.49 discount, and check payments receive a $0.14 discount.

Do I tip my driver?

Delivery Professionals are self employed and, as such, are not paid by the hour. They are not compensated for the gas they use, nor for wear and tear on their vehicles.  So, YES--they very much appreciate gratuity if you feel you have received good service.  PLEASE let us know if you are not happy in any way. 

Do you have any special deals or coupons?

YES!  Please send an email to 256ToGo.com@gmail.com with the subject title "coupon request" and we will email you a list of coupon codes valid for online orders.  Feel free to share them with friends, family, and coworkers.  There is also a 256-ToGo fan page on facebook - check it out and "Like" 256-ToGo to receive special offers only for those who "like" 256-ToGo (you must be logged into your facebook account).  http://www.facebook.com/256ToGo

Do you offer gift certificates?

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and are perfect for all occasions! Be it a "Get Well" Meal, for Office Rewards, or even for expecting new Moms and Dads, a gift certificate is always a useful gift. Please call the office at 256-ToGo and we will be happy to assist you.

My son/daughter goes to school in Columbia and I would like them to be able to order food from time to time when s/he needs to stay home and study.  But I don't live in the area.  What can I do?

Simply call (803) 256-ToGo and ask to set up a "HOUSE ACCOUNT" for your son/daughter.  House Accounts are available in any amount and can be paid for over the phone with a Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.  Once your son/daughter has a House Account, they can order any time during business hours and their food, delivery fee, and even their tip can be deducted from the remaining balance on the account.  We can even notify you when the account is getting low.

I have an elderly mother/father living in Columbia and it's tough to get a good hot meal delivered to their home.  Can you help?

YES!  Call (803) 256-ToGo and set up a House Account for your family member.  These are available in any amount and can be paid for over the phone by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.  You may also simply place a single order and have it delvered at a certain time.  Go to our home page and click the "Advance Orders" tab.
